MEDIA LAUNCH: ROOFINO SKYDINING & BAR

I'm back with writing the best thing I can ask for in life, food! Of course, the best part is the great company and a good view.

Here I am having The First Date (Media Launch Dinner) with Roofino Skydining and Bar, located in the rooftop (34th floor) of Trillion KL. Yes, I said it! Skydining and Bar! Having to be the first ones taste testing what's on their menu and a chill out on top of the roof with an open deck, why not!?

Ambience was definitely amazing. Unfortunately I forgot to take photos of the pub indoor. #mybad They also have a dining area with proper tables, both indoor and outdoor too.

This was our taste testing menu for the night!

For starters,Trio di Bruschetta.

Simple light bites

This wasn't on the menu but it was onion soup. Everyone thought it was mushroom, but it's totally an onion soup lol.

I've only snapped two different kinds of main course which was:

Beef tenderloin with garlic herb and truffle mash.

Beef could has been juicier, but brownie points to it that it's not difficult to chew!

Grilled lamb cutlet with minty salad, garlic mash potatoes and caramelized pear in rosemary reduction.

This one gotta be the best 💚 The lamb was tender and juicy! My favourite dish for the night.

I've also tried the Pan Seared seabass with angel hair pasta. The fish was marinated well and seared nicely, nothing near to over cooked or raw.

For Dessert, Mango cream with ginger biscuits served with ice cream.

It was ice cream on the top, whipped cream served below and mango cream in between.

That's all we had for the dine.

Aside from food, the great company was 💚
